Tania Sahakian is an international executive with 15+ years of hands-on experience in organizational expansion in the corporate, educational and non-profit sectors. She has been key in orchestrating international launches, expanding global footprint, establishing business operations, boosting employer branding, fundraising and building high-performing teams, including senior talent and leadership.
Tania acted as the Regional Director of one of INC 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies - DISQO - leading the Yerevan office foundation, talent and brand growth, and operations including financial, legal, logistics and government relations. In 4 years, she expanded the office space three times, growing the team from 30 to 150 comprising almost 40% of the global company. Prior to that, Tania was responsible for acquisition and management of top-tier talent in the tech and creative industries for TUMO Centre for Creative Technologies. In her eight years at TUMO, she recruited and managed partnerships with over 300 professionals and industry leaders from 19 countries to bring their knowledge and craftsmanship as a course to teach at the center. This included executives from leading organizations in Silicon Valley to prominent artists and musicians.
Currently, Tania is consulting for organizational development in tech with her expertise and commitment in both strategy and execution across the partner companies and organizations.
